Living Well is incorporated in the state of Oklahoma as a charitable, nonprofit organization. It is open to people of all races and socio-economic level. The organization is supported predominantly through donations, both to the general fund and to each salaried staff member account.

Ed and Donna have spent the last 30 years strengthening marriages through:
- One-on-One and Two-to-Two: Give guidance and training for individuals and couples in marriage and financial areas.
- Groups: Teach classes and conferences on Marriage, Preparing for Marriage, and Money
- State: Coordinate a network of Christian organizations and churches actively involved in strengthening marriages in Oklahoma through the church, Marriage Network Oklahoma.
International:
We support and develop Wisdom Christian School in Ndola, Zambia. We raise 100% of the funds for WCS. The school educates about 450 children per year who live in a slum-of-a-slum.
